主講人簡(jiǎn)介:
舒印彪,1977年考入華北電力學(xué)院電力系統(tǒng)專業(yè),后獲得武漢大學(xué)電力系統(tǒng)及其自動(dòng)化專業(yè)博士研究生學(xué)歷、學(xué)位,1989-1991年在英國(guó)Strathclyde大學(xué)作高級(jí)訪問(wèn)學(xué)者,教授級(jí)高級(jí)工程師。國(guó)際電工委員會(huì)(IEC)第36屆主席,中國(guó)電機(jī)工程學(xué)會(huì)理事長(zhǎng)。自2018年11月任中國(guó)華能集團(tuán)有限公司黨組書記、董事長(zhǎng),曾任中國(guó)國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司董事長(zhǎng)、總經(jīng)理、副總經(jīng)理,國(guó)家電網(wǎng)公司特高壓建設(shè)辦主任,中國(guó)電網(wǎng)建設(shè)公司總工程師,國(guó)家電力調(diào)度通信中心總工程師。黨的十九大代表,第十三屆全國(guó)政協(xié)委員,人口資源環(huán)境委員會(huì)委員。
自1982年起,長(zhǎng)期從事電網(wǎng)運(yùn)行與電力系統(tǒng)規(guī)劃、超/特高壓輸電重大工程建設(shè)和技術(shù)研發(fā)工作,相繼主持完成三峽500kV超高壓大容量輸電、±800kV特高壓直流和1000kV特高壓交流輸電的關(guān)鍵技術(shù)研究,主導(dǎo)制訂了特高壓系列國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn),為我國(guó)超/特高壓輸電技術(shù)從跟隨國(guó)外到世界領(lǐng)先,做出了系統(tǒng)性、開(kāi)創(chuàng)性貢獻(xiàn)。相關(guān)成果推動(dòng)了“西電東送”戰(zhàn)略實(shí)施和全國(guó)電網(wǎng)互聯(lián),促進(jìn)了大型能源基地清潔、高效、集約化開(kāi)發(fā)。
獲國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步特等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)、一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),省部級(jí)一等獎(jiǎng)3項(xiàng),出版著作1部,發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文38篇,授權(quán)發(fā)明專利6項(xiàng)。獲2018年光華工程科技獎(jiǎng),2019年當(dāng)選中國(guó)工程院院士。
Brief Introduction
Shu Yinbiao, professor-level senior engineer, chairman of the 36th session of International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) and president of China Society of electrical engineering. He was admitted to North China Electric Power University majoring in power system in 1977, later obtained a doctorate degree in power system and automation of Wuhan University,and worked as a senior visiting scholar at Strathclyde University from 1989 to 1991. Since November 2018, he has served as Secretary of the Party group and chairman of China Huaneng Group Co., Ltd., and once served as chairman, general manager and deputy general manager of State Grid Corporation of China, director of UHV Construction Office of State Grid Corporation of China, chief engineer of China Grid Construction Corporation and chief engineer of state power dispatching communication center. In addition, he was also a representative of the 19th National Congress of the CPC and a member of the 13th CPPCC National Committee, Member of the Committee on population, resources and environment.
Since 1982, he has been engaged in power grid operation and power system planning, major EHV / UHV transmission project construction and technology research and development. He has successively presided over and completed the key technology research of 500kV EHV large capacity power transmission, ± 800kV UHVDC and 1000kV UHV AC transmission in the Three Gorges Project.,and led the formulation of a series of international standards for UHV transmission, making systematic and pioneering contributions to China's UHV / UHV transmission technology from following abroad to leading in the world. The relevant achievements have promoted the implementation of the "west to East power transmission" strategy and the interconnection of national power grids, and promoted the clean, efficient and intensive development of large energy bases.
He has won 2 national special awards for scientific and technological progress, 1 first prize, 3 provincial and ministerial first prizes, published 1 book, 38 academic papers and 6 authorized invention patents. He won the Guanghua Engineering Science and Technology Award in 2018 and was elected as an academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering in 2019.
