題目:水稻高產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)的分子基礎(chǔ)與設(shè)計育種

主講人簡介:

李家洋博士,中國科學(xué)院遺傳與發(fā)育生物學(xué)研究所研究員。

中國科學(xué)院院士、美國國家科學(xué)院外籍院士、德國科學(xué)院院士、英國皇家學(xué)會外籍會員、發(fā)展中國家科學(xué)院院士、國際歐亞科學(xué)院院士、歐洲分子生物學(xué)組織外籍成員。1981年于安徽農(nóng)學(xué)院獲學(xué)士學(xué)位,1984年于中國科學(xué)院遺傳研究所獲碩士學(xué)位,1991年于美國布蘭代斯大學(xué)獲博士學(xué)位。1991-1994年在美國康乃爾大學(xué)BTI植物研究所從事博士后研究。1994年至今任中國科學(xué)院遺傳發(fā)育所研究員。

長期從事高等植物生長發(fā)育與代謝調(diào)控的機理研究,主要以水稻、橡膠草、擬南芥等為材料,重點研究植物株型形成的分子基礎(chǔ)和影響重要農(nóng)藝性狀的主要代謝途徑,致力于水稻與橡膠草的分子品種設(shè)計,培育高產(chǎn)優(yōu)質(zhì)、高抗穩(wěn)產(chǎn)、高效安全新品種。主要研究成果發(fā)表在Nature、Science、Cell、Nat Genet、Cell Res、Nat Commun、Nat Plants、PNAS、Mol Plant、Plant Cell等國際期刊。2017年獲國家自然科學(xué)獎一等獎,2018年獲未來科學(xué)大獎和陳嘉庚科學(xué)獎,2021年獲TWAS-Lenovo Science Award。

Brief Introduction of Academician Li Jiayang

(英文簡介)

Dr. Li Jiayang is a researcher of Institute of Genetics and Developmental Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

He is an Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences and a foreign academician of American National Academy of Sciences. He was honored as an academician of Academy of Sciences for developing countries in 2004, a foreign academician of the German Academy of Sciences in 2012, and a foreign academician of International Eurasian Academy of Sciences in 2014. He was also elected as a foreign member of the European Molecular Biology Organization in 2013, and a foreign member of the Royal Society in 2015.

He got his bachelor degree from Anhui Agricultural College in 1981, master degree from Institute of Genetics Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1984, Ph. D degree from Brandeis University in 1991. Between 1991 and 1994, he did his post-doc research work at BTI Institute of Botany, Cornell University. Since 1994, he has been a researcher in Institute of Genetic Development, Chinese Academy of Sciences.

His main research interests include the mechanism of growth, development and metabolic regulation in higher plants (rice, rubber grass and Arabidopsis). He focuses on the molecular basis of plant type formation and main metabolic pathways affecting important agronomic traits. He also engages in the molecular design breeding of rice and rubber grass with high yield, high quality, high resistance, more efficiency and safety. His research works have been published in Nature, Science, Cell, nature genetics, Cell research, Nature communication, Nature plants, PNAS, Molecular plant, Plant Cell and other international important journals.

He also won the first prize of National Natural Science Award in 2017, Future Science Award and Chen Jiageng Science Award in 2018, and the TWAS-Lenovo Science Award in 2021.
