主講人簡介：
夏佳文，加速器技術(shù)及物理的專家，中國工程院院士，中國科學(xué)院近代物理研究所副所長，蘭州重離子加速器國家實驗室副主任。中國粒子加速器學(xué)會理事長，廣東核學(xué)會理事長。長期從事重離子加速器物理及工程工作，曾任國家“九五”重大科學(xué)工程“蘭州重離子加速器冷卻儲存環(huán) HIRFL-CSR ”總工程師，首臺國產(chǎn)重離子癌癥腫瘤治療專用裝置總工程師。2013年當選中國工程院院士，2016年作為高層次人才引進惠州，并特聘為惠州學(xué)院教授，擔任惠州離子科學(xué)研究中心首席科學(xué)家，參與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)在惠州布局的兩個國家重大科技基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施（“強流重離子加速器”和“加速器驅(qū)動嬗變研究裝置”）的建設(shè)。
獲2007 年日本高能加速器科學(xué)基金會西川獎，2009 年中國科學(xué)院杰出科技成就獎，2009 年何梁何利物理學(xué)獎，2012 年國家科技進步二等獎。
Brief Introduction of Professor XIA JIA-WEN
XIA JIA-WEN, an expert in the Accelerator Technology and Accelerator Physics. He is Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, the deputy director of Institute of Modern Physics, Chinese Academy of Sciences and the deputy director of Lanzhou Heavy Ion Accelerator National Laboratory. He is the Chairman of China Particle Accelerator Association and the Chairman of Guangdong Nuclear Association. He has dedicated in the study of heavy ion accelerator physics and engineering for a long time. He is the chief engineer of Heavy Ion Research Facility in Lanzhou and Cooling Storage Ring HIRFL-CSR, the national "Ninth Five-Year Plan" major scientific project, and the first Chief Engineer of China-made special equipment for heavy ion cancer treatment. In 2013, he was elected as Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. In 2016, he was appointed as the professor of Huizhou College and the chief scientist of Huizhou Ion Science Research Center. He is participating in the construction of two major national scientific and technological infrastructures (High Intensity Heavy-ion Accelerator Facility, HIRF and China Initiative Accelerator Driven System，CIADS) .
He has won the following honors: the Nishikawa Award of the Japan High Energy Accelerator Science Foundation in 2007, the Outstanding Science and Technology Achievement Award of the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2009, the He Liang He li Physics Award in 2009, and the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress in 2012.
