主講人簡(jiǎn)介:
張建云,水文水資源專家,中國工程院院士。1982年畢業(yè)于華東水利學(xué)院水文系,1996年獲愛爾蘭國立大學(xué)土木及環(huán)境工程專業(yè)博士學(xué)位。曾任水利部水文局總工程師、副局長(zhǎng)兼總工程師,南京水利科學(xué)研究院院長(zhǎng)?,F(xiàn)任水利部應(yīng)對(duì)氣候變化研究中心主任,長(zhǎng)江保護(hù)與綠色發(fā)展研究院院長(zhǎng),國際水文科學(xué)協(xié)會(huì)中國國家委員會(huì)榮譽(yù)主席,《水科學(xué)進(jìn)展》雜志主編。長(zhǎng)期從事水文水資源、洪水預(yù)報(bào)與防汛減災(zāi)、氣候變化影響與適應(yīng)、水利信息化等科研工作。在洪水預(yù)報(bào)理論與流域模型、氣候變化對(duì)水文水資源影響評(píng)估和適應(yīng)對(duì)策、設(shè)計(jì)暴雨和設(shè)計(jì)洪水等方面取得重要研究成果。獲國家科技進(jìn)步一等獎(jiǎng)2項(xiàng)、二等獎(jiǎng)5項(xiàng),省部級(jí)特等獎(jiǎng)4項(xiàng)、一等獎(jiǎng)4項(xiàng)。出版專著6部、譯著1部,發(fā)表論文300余篇。2009年當(dāng)選中國工程院院士,2014年當(dāng)選英國皇家工程院外籍院士。
Brief Introduction of Professor Jianyun Zhang
Jianyun Zhang, Dr., Prof., is a leading Chinese specialist of hydrology and water resources,academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering. He graduated with a BE degree in hydrology from Hohai University of China in 1982, and obtained his P.h.D. degree in civil and environmental engineering from the National University of Ireland in 1996. He was appointed Chief Engineering and Deputy Director General of the Bureau of Hydrology of the Chinese Ministry of Water Resources (MWR), Former President of Nanjing Hydraulic Research Institute. He is currently D.G. of the Research Center for Climate Change, MWR and President of Yangtze Institute for Conservation and Development. Chair of the Chinese National Committee for IAHS. He is also Editor in Chief for the journals, Advances in Water Science. Prof. Zhang has been long engaged in the studies of hydrology and water resources management, flood forecasting and mitigation, climate change adaptation, and hydro-informatics.He won two First Grade Prize and five Second Grade Prizes of National Award for Science and Technology Progress. He has published 6 monographs and over 300 papers. He was elected Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering in 2009 and became Fellow of the British Royal Academy of Engineering in 2014.
