主講人簡(jiǎn)介:
郭劍波,中國(guó)工程院院士,電力系統(tǒng)分析與控制專家,國(guó)家電網(wǎng)有限公司一級(jí)顧問(wèn),中國(guó)電力科學(xué)研究院名譽(yù)院長(zhǎng),中國(guó)電機(jī)工程學(xué)會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng)。
郭劍波院士長(zhǎng)期從事電力系統(tǒng)分析與控制研究,在電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃、提高電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定水平和輸電能力及風(fēng)電并網(wǎng)安全等方面成績(jī)顯著。先后參加了三峽輸電等電網(wǎng)規(guī)劃研究,主持了上世紀(jì)90年代開(kāi)展的中國(guó)全國(guó)互聯(lián)電網(wǎng)(2020~2050年)規(guī)劃系列研究;主持研制了具有自主知識(shí)產(chǎn)權(quán)的可控串補(bǔ)裝置和特高壓串補(bǔ)裝置,帶領(lǐng)團(tuán)隊(duì)開(kāi)發(fā)了跨大區(qū)交直流協(xié)調(diào)控制系統(tǒng),提高了電網(wǎng)安全穩(wěn)定水平和輸電能力。組織建成了中國(guó)“國(guó)家能源大型風(fēng)電并網(wǎng)系統(tǒng)研發(fā)(實(shí)驗(yàn))中心”,為行業(yè)提供了公共研發(fā)實(shí)驗(yàn)平臺(tái),提高了風(fēng)電并網(wǎng)安全水平。獲國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng)、二等獎(jiǎng)1項(xiàng),何梁何利基金科學(xué)與技術(shù)進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)。
Brief Introduction of Professor Jianbo Guo:
Jianbo Guo, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, an expert in power system analysis and control, currently serves as the Chief Consultant of State Grid Corporation of China, honorary President of the China Electric Power Research Institute, and Vice Chairman of the Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering.
Academician Jianbo Guo has been engaged in research on power system analysis and control for a long time, achieving significant success in areas such as power grid planning, improving the security and stability of power grids, increasing transmission capacity, and ensuring the safe integration of wind power. He has participated in power grid planning studies, including the Three Gorges transmission project, and led the planning series research for the China National Interconnected Power Grid (2020~2050) in the 1990s. He chaired the development of controllable series compensation devices and ultra-high voltage series compensation devices with independent intellectual property rights. He led a team in developing a cross-regional AC/DC coordinated control system, enhancing the security and stability of power grids and transmission capacity.
Under his leadership, the "National Energy Large-scale Wind Power Integration System Research and Development (Experimental) Center" was established, providing the industry with a public research and development experimental platform and raising the safety level of wind power integration. He has been awarded the National Science and Technology Progress First Prize once, the Second Prize once, and the Ho Leung Ho Lee Foundation Science and Technology Progress Award.
