吳志強(qiáng)，中國(guó)工程院院士，德國(guó)國(guó)家工程科學(xué)院院士，瑞典皇家工程科學(xué)院院士，美國(guó)建筑師協(xié)會(huì)榮譽(yù)院士，同濟(jì)大學(xué)建筑與城市規(guī)劃學(xué)院名譽(yù)院長(zhǎng)，國(guó)務(wù)院學(xué)位委員會(huì)委員、城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃學(xué)科評(píng)議組第一召集人，教育部建筑類專業(yè)教學(xué)指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)副主任、城鄉(xiāng)規(guī)劃學(xué)分指導(dǎo)委員會(huì)主任，中國(guó)城市規(guī)劃學(xué)會(huì)監(jiān)事長(zhǎng)，中國(guó)城市科學(xué)研究會(huì)副理事長(zhǎng)，上海市人工智能戰(zhàn)略咨詢專家委員會(huì)首屆召集人和委員，上海市政府參事，上海市歐美同學(xué)會(huì)常務(wù)副會(huì)長(zhǎng)。曾擔(dān)任中國(guó)2010年上海世博會(huì)園區(qū)總規(guī)劃師，北京城市副中心總體城市設(shè)計(jì)綜合方案總規(guī)劃師，青島世界園藝博覽會(huì)總規(guī)劃師，獲首批規(guī)劃領(lǐng)域的“全國(guó)工程勘察設(shè)計(jì)大師”。目前擔(dān)任自然資源部國(guó)土空間智能規(guī)劃技術(shù)重點(diǎn)實(shí)驗(yàn)室首席科學(xué)家、世界規(guī)劃教育組織聯(lián)盟（WUPEN））主席。

吳志強(qiáng)長(zhǎng)期堅(jiān)守在城市規(guī)劃教育與實(shí)踐一線，提出“以數(shù)明律、形流相成”的規(guī)劃方法，建立了理性規(guī)劃的思想及理論框架，其成果為城市學(xué)研究、國(guó)家重大項(xiàng)目建設(shè)提供了前沿引領(lǐng)和技術(shù)保障。主持國(guó)家及省部級(jí)科研課題30余項(xiàng)，主編著作20部，發(fā)表學(xué)術(shù)論文250余篇，主編核心教材《城市規(guī)劃原理》第四版，印數(shù)達(dá)70余萬(wàn)冊(cè)，主編《國(guó)土空間規(guī)劃原理》、“智能城市規(guī)劃”系列叢書，指導(dǎo)培養(yǎng)博、碩研究生140余人，為我國(guó)城鄉(xiāng)發(fā)展事業(yè)作出了突出貢獻(xiàn)。

Speaker Introduction:

Professor WU Zhiqiang is a member of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, a fellow of the National Academy of Science and Engineering in Germany (acatech), a fellow of the Royal Swedish Academy of Engineering Science (IVA), and an honorary fellow of the American Institute of Architects (Hon. FAIA). He currently serves as a member of the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council and the first convener of the disciplinary evaluation group for urban and rural planning, Deputy Director of the Teaching Guidance Committee for Architecture Majors under the Ministry of Education, and Director of the Credit Guidance Committee for Urban and Rural Planning. Additionally, holding positions as the Chair of the Urban Planning Society of China, Vice Chair of the China Urban Science Research Association, inaugural convener and member of the Shanghai Artificial Intelligence Strategic Advisory Committee, Councilor to the Shanghai Government, Executive Vice President of the Shanghai Overseas Returned Scholars Association, Honorary Dean of the College of Architecture and Urban Planning at Tongji University, the Chief Scientist of the National Laboratory for Intelligent Planning of Land Space under the Ministry of Natural Resources and the Chairman of the World Urban Planning Education Network (WUPEN).

Prof. WU has previously served as the Chief Planner for the 2010 Shanghai World Expo Park, the overall urban design planner for the Beijing Sub-Center, and the Chief Planner for the Qingdao World Horticultural Exposition. He was honored as one of the first recipients of the title "National Master of Engineering Survey and Design" in the field of planning.

Prof. WU has dedicated himself extensively to front-line urban planning practice. He introduced a planning methodology characterized by "clarifying laws through data and combining form with flow," thereby establishing the ideological and theoretical framework for rational planning. His achievements have played a leading role and provided technical assurance for urban studies and major national projects.He has taken primary responsibility for over 30 national and provincial-level research projects, authored more than 250 academic papers, and published over 20 works, including the fourth edition of the core textbook "Principles of Urban Planning," with a circulation exceeding 700,000 copies, the "Principles of Land Space Planning" and a series on "Intelligent Urban Planning”. He has supervised over 140 doctoral and master's students, making outstanding contributions to the urban and rural development of China.
