題目:混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)安全及保障
主講人簡(jiǎn)介:
徐世烺,結(jié)構(gòu)工程專家,浙江大學(xué)教授,生于陜西省柞水縣。1977年畢業(yè)于西北農(nóng)林科技大學(xué)水利工程專業(yè)。1982、1988年先后獲得大連理工大學(xué)海洋工程碩士、結(jié)構(gòu)工程博士學(xué)位,獲國(guó)家教委和國(guó)務(wù)院學(xué)位委員會(huì)聯(lián)合授予“中國(guó)有突出貢獻(xiàn)的博士學(xué)位獲得者”榮譽(yù)稱號(hào)。2021年當(dāng)選為中國(guó)科學(xué)院院士。
主要從事高性能混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)和材料研究工作。創(chuàng)立了具有重要國(guó)際影響力的混凝土雙K斷裂理論,提出了混凝土結(jié)構(gòu)完整性安全評(píng)價(jià)準(zhǔn)則,建立了系統(tǒng)的混凝土裂縫安全分析理論和測(cè)試技術(shù)體系,領(lǐng)導(dǎo)制定了《用楔形劈裂試驗(yàn)和三點(diǎn)彎曲梁試驗(yàn)確定混凝土裂縫擴(kuò)展雙K準(zhǔn)則的試驗(yàn)方法》國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。雙K斷裂理論成功應(yīng)用于烏江東風(fēng)混凝土高拱壩、烏江索風(fēng)營(yíng)重力壩、長(zhǎng)江三峽大壩二期工程和三期工程、南水北調(diào)中線水源工程丹江口大壩加高工程裂縫完整性評(píng)定和裂縫控制,為重大水利水電工程安全運(yùn)營(yíng)提供了重要技術(shù)支撐。研發(fā)了高韌性混凝土及復(fù)合控裂結(jié)構(gòu),為基礎(chǔ)設(shè)施安全服役提供了技術(shù)保障,實(shí)現(xiàn)混凝土抗裂性能和耐久性能大幅提升。發(fā)明的高韌性混凝土成功應(yīng)用到上海吳淞軍港、浙江新嶺隧道、舟山魚(yú)山跨海大橋、杭州秋石高架橋等15項(xiàng)重大工程。獲得國(guó)家自然科學(xué)獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)、國(guó)家技術(shù)發(fā)明獎(jiǎng)二等獎(jiǎng)、國(guó)家科技進(jìn)步獎(jiǎng)三等獎(jiǎng)各1項(xiàng)及省部級(jí)自然獎(jiǎng)和發(fā)明獎(jiǎng)一等獎(jiǎng)4項(xiàng)。
Brief Introduction of Professor Shilang Xu
Shilang Xu is an expert in Structural Engineering and a professor of Zhejiang University. He was born in Zhashui County, Shaanxi Province.
Professor Xu graduated from Northwest A&F University with a major in Water Conservancy Engineering in 1977. In 1982 and 1988, he successively obtained the master's degree of Marine Engineering and the doctor's degree of Structural Engineering from Dalian University of Technology.
Professor Xu was jointly awarded the honorary title of "China's Outstanding Doctoral Degree Recipient" by the State Education Commission and the Academic Degrees Committee of the State Council. In 2021, Professor Xu was successfully elected as an academician of the CAS Member.
Professor Xu mainly engages in research on structures and materials of high-performance concrete. He founded the Double-K Fracture Theory of concrete with significant international influence, proposed safety evaluation criteria for structural integrity of concrete, established a systematic theory and testing technology system for concrete crack safety analysis, and led the development of the international standard "Test Method for Determining Double-K Criteria for Concrete Crack Expansion Using Wedge Splitting Test and Three Point Bending Beam Test".
The Double-K Fracture Theory has been successfully applied to the Wujiang Dongfeng Concrete High Arch Dam, Wujiang Suofengying Gravity Dam, the second and third phases of the Yangtze Three Gorges Dam, and the Danjiangkou Dam Heightening Project of the Middle Route of the South to North Water Transfer, providing important technical support for the safe operation of major water conservancy and hydropower projects.
Professor Xu has developed high toughness concrete and composite crack control structures, providing technical support for the safe service of infrastructure, and achieving significant improvement in concrete crack resistance and durability. The invented high toughness concrete has been successfully applied to 15 major projects, including Shanghai Wusong Military Port, Zhejiang Xinling Tunnel, Zhoushan Yushan Cross Sea Bridge, and Hangzhou Qiushi Viaduct and so on.
Professor Xu won the second prize of the the State Natural Science Award, the second prize of the the State Technological Innovation Award, the third prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award, and four provincial and ministerial natural awards and the first prize of the invention award.
