主講人簡介：

范維澄教授，中國工程院院士、英國拉夫堡大學(xué)名譽(yù)博士、清華大學(xué)公共安全研究院院長。

國務(wù)院學(xué)位委員會“安全科學(xué)與工程”一級學(xué)科首屆評議組召集人、“國家安全學(xué)”一級學(xué)科評議組召集人、國家中長期科技發(fā)展規(guī)劃（2021-2035）戰(zhàn)略研究公共安全專題專家組組長、十三五科技部重點(diǎn)研發(fā)計(jì)劃重點(diǎn)專項(xiàng)“公共安全風(fēng)險防控與應(yīng)急技術(shù)裝備”和“科技冬奧”專家組組長、“十四五國家應(yīng)急體系規(guī)劃”編制專家組組長、公共安全科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)會名譽(yù)理事長。

曾在國務(wù)院全國應(yīng)急管理工作會議上作大會講座，在中共中央政治局集體學(xué)習(xí)會上作專題講座。

主要研究公共安全動力學(xué)演化、風(fēng)險評估、監(jiān)測監(jiān)控、預(yù)測預(yù)警與應(yīng)急管理的理論、技術(shù)及其綜合集成；火災(zāi)動力學(xué)與防治技術(shù)。

獲：國家科技進(jìn)步一等獎1次，二等獎2次；國家級教學(xué)成果一、二等獎各1次；全國五一勞動獎?wù)?、亞澳火?zāi)科學(xué)技術(shù)學(xué)會首屆終身成就獎、2018年度國際埃蒙斯獎和國際斯約林終身成就獎。

Brief Introduction of Professor Weicheng Fan

Professor Weichang Fan is Academician of Chinese Academy of Engineering, Honorary Doctor of Loughborough University, and Dean of Public Safety Research Institute of Tsinghua University. He mainly studies the theory, technology and integration of public safety dynamics evolution, risk assessment, monitoring, forecasting, early warning and emergency management, fire dynamics and prevention technology. Professor Fan has won First Prize once and Second Prize twice of National Science and Technology Progress, First Prize once and Second Prize once of National Teaching Achievement, National “May 1st” Labor Medal, the first Lifetime Achievement Award of Asia-Australia Fire Science and Technology Society, the Emmons Award and the Sj?lin Lifetime Achievement Award.
