主講人簡介：
彼得?史唐（Peter J. Stang），1941年11月17日生于德國紐倫堡市，美國國籍。1963年畢業(yè)于美國DePaul 大學(xué)化學(xué)系，1966年畢業(yè)于美國加州大學(xué)伯克利分?；瘜W(xué)系并獲博士學(xué)位。國際著名的化學(xué)家，美國國家科學(xué)院院士，美國藝術(shù)與科學(xué)院院士，美國猶他大學(xué)（University of Utah）杰出教授，中國科學(xué)院外籍院士，匈牙利科學(xué)院外籍院士，國際著名的有機(jī)化學(xué)家。彼得?史唐主要從事超分子自組裝的研究，在配位化學(xué)、有機(jī)金屬及高價碘化學(xué)諸領(lǐng)域做出了重大的貢獻(xiàn)，是分子構(gòu)筑與分子組裝領(lǐng)域論文被引用率最高的科學(xué)家之一。彼得?史唐先后獲美國化學(xué)會F. A. Cotton杰出化學(xué)研究獎?wù)?、美國化學(xué)會Paul G. Gassman 杰出貢獻(xiàn)獎、Fred Basolo無機(jī)化學(xué)杰出研究獎、美國化學(xué)會Linus Pauling獎?wù)隆⒚绹瘜W(xué)會碘化學(xué)創(chuàng)新研究應(yīng)用獎、美國猶他州科學(xué)技術(shù)獎等諸多榮譽(yù)。2011年9月27日，彼得?史唐教授因其在有機(jī)超分子化學(xué)領(lǐng)域的杰出貢獻(xiàn)以及突出的社會公共服務(wù)獲得美國國家科學(xué)獎，此項(xiàng)獎項(xiàng)為美國科學(xué)工程領(lǐng)域的最高榮譽(yù)。2016年1月8日，彼得?史唐獲得2015年度中國國家科學(xué)技術(shù)獎——國際科學(xué)技術(shù)合作獎。2002年至今任國際上最著名的化學(xué)期刊之一《美國化學(xué)會志》(JACS)主編。
Brief Introduction of Professor Peter J. Stang
Peter John Stang (born in 1941) is a German American chemist and Distinguished Professor at the University of Utah. Stang was admitted to DePaul University and earned his undergraduate degree in 1963. He received his PhD in 1966 from the University of California, Berkeley. After spending a year at Princeton University as a NIH Postdoctoral Fellow with Paul Schleyer, Stang joined the chemistry faculty at the University of Utah in 1969, being the dean of the College of Science from 1997 to 2007. He was editor-in-chief of the Journal of Organic Chemistry from 2000 to 2001, and the editor of the Journal of the American Chemical Society since 2002.He is a member of the National Academy of Sciences, awarded the American Chemical Society Priestley Medal in 2013 .

主講人簡介：
謝作偉院士：中國科學(xué)院院士、香港中文大學(xué)化學(xué)系卓敏化學(xué)講座教授。杭州大學(xué)(現(xiàn)浙江大學(xué))本科，中國科學(xué)院上海有機(jī)所與德國柏林工業(yè)大學(xué)聯(lián)合培養(yǎng)博士。隨后受聘為上海有機(jī)化學(xué)研究所助理研究員，并前赴美國南加州大學(xué)進(jìn)行博士后研究。1995年加入香港中文大學(xué)， 2006年起擔(dān)任化學(xué)講座教授，2013年起至今擔(dān)任卓敏化學(xué)講座教授。2017年，當(dāng)選中國科學(xué)院院士。研究領(lǐng)域?yàn)閐- 和 f- 族過度金屬有機(jī)化學(xué); 硼籠、碳硼烷和金屬碳硼烷化學(xué); 均相催化、小分子活化和聚合物合成化學(xué)。在Science，J. Am. Chem. Soc.，Angew. Chem. Int. Ed.，Organometallics等國際著名期刊發(fā)表論文280余篇，以第一完成人獲國家自然科學(xué)二等獎（2008年）、以合作者獲國家自然科學(xué)三等獎（1997年）及中國科學(xué)院自然科學(xué)一等獎（1995年）、王寬誠教育基金會講座學(xué)者獎（2002）、裘槎基金會(香港)杰出研究獎(2003年)、中國化學(xué)會黃耀曾金屬有機(jī)化學(xué)獎（2010年）等多項(xiàng)榮譽(yù)。擔(dān)任Science China Chemistry(中國科學(xué)), Chinese Journal of Chemistry (中國化學(xué)), Dalton Transactions, Inorganic Chemistry Frontiers 以及 Organometallics雜志的編委或顧問編委，國際金屬有機(jī)化學(xué)會議與國際硼化學(xué)會議國際顧問委員。
Brief Introduction of Professor Zuowei Xie
Prof. Xie is a Choh-Ming Li Professor of Chemistry (CUHK), and a member of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He obtained a B.Sc. from Hangzhou University in 1983, an M.Sc. from Shanghai Institute of Organic Chemistry (SIOC), the Chinese Academy of Sciences in 1986, and his Ph.D. in 1990, working in a joint program between SIOC and the Technische Universit?t Berlin. After serving as a Research Associate in SIOC and as a Postdoctoral Fellow at the University of Southern California, he joined the chemistry faculty of The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK) in 1995, where he is now a Choh-Ming Li Professor of Chemistry. He was elected as a member of The Chinese Academy of Sciences in 2017. He has coauthored over 280 papers and received several prestigious awards including the State Natural Science Prizes in 1997 and 2008, the Chinese Chemical Society Yao-Zeng Huang Award in Organometallic Chemistry in 2010, and the Croucher Award from the Croucher Foundation (Hong Kong) in 2003. He serves on the advisory board of many prestigious journals such as Science China Chemistry, Chinese Journal of Chemistry, Dalton Transactions, Inorganic Chemistry Frontiers and Organometallics. He also serves on the international advisory board of International Conference on Organometallic Chemistry and International Meeting on Boron Chemistry.
